By accessing or using MailSleuth.AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email where practical. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

MailSleuth.AI provides email header analysis, DNS/diagnostic lookups, and security-reputation checks for legitimate security research, IT administration, and personal email verification. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Results are heuristic and should not be considered legal or definitive security advice.

You may use the Service without an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach at support@mailsleuth.ai.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Harass, threaten, or violate the privacy of any individual. • Analyze email headers you do not have permission to inspect. • Circumvent security controls, abuse rate limits, or launch denial-of-service attacks. • Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content. • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

MailSleuth.AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MailSleuth.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any email headers or data you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MailSleuth.AI is a forensic aid, not a replacement for professional security advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100) if you paid nothing.
